Bio-Resonance Frequency Therapy or Sound Therapy analyzes recordings of a voice to look for clues in nutritional imbalances, disease and stress. According to biowaves.com, there is research that “indicates that low frequency waveforms seem to activate vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other biologic substances (in the body), and show promise at being able to detoxify frequencies that correlate with dangerous substances which may be prominent in the voice analysis.” Lower frequency patterns or sounds, especially at specific levels, have been used to calm the mind and promote a sense of well-being and natural healing. This sound therapy is being used with much success for all kinds of physical ailments including: stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, allergies, hormone imbalances, joint pain, psychological diseases and more.
A number of dolphin assisted therapy researchers including Elaine Thompson from the UK and Marysol Gonzales of Spain have done research to try to decipher the physical and emotional benefits reported by so many after swimming with dolphins. “There have been obvious and concrete results obtained from EEGs; David Cole from Aquathout labs has documented proof that both brain hemispheres enter into synchronization after dolphin interactions. Some other researchers are doing blood tests before and after swimming with dolphins and are finding changes in hormones and enzymes. Could the sounds of the dolphin be part of this synchronization? Many who have swam with a dolphin, can attest to a great sensation or calm that overcomes them.
The Science Behind This:
“Sympathetic resonance or sympathetic vibration is a harmonic phenomenon wherein a formerly passive string or vibratory body responds to external vibrations to which it has a harmonic likeness. The classic example is demonstrated with two similar tuning-forks of which one is mounted on a wooden box. If the other one is struck and then placed on the box, then muted, the un-struck mounted fork will be heard. In similar fashion, strings will respond to the external vibrations of a tuning-fork when sufficient harmonic relations exist between the respective vibratory modes. A unison or octave will provoke the largest response as there is maximum likeness in vibratory motion. Other links through shared resonances occur at the fifth and, though with much less effect, at the major third. The principle of sympathetic resonance has been applied in musical instruments from many cultures and times. Apart from the basic principle at work on instruments with many undamped strings, such as harps, guitars and pianos with the dampers raised, other instruments are fitted with extra choirs of sympathetic strings, which respond with a silvery halo to the tones played on the main strings.” (Wikipedia)
“All molecules in existence are energies that vibrates/oscillates in the space time continuum. That is, any matter above the temperature of zero degree Kelvin vibrates. 0° Kelvin, also known as “Absolute Zero”, translates into −273.15° Celsius and −459.67° Fahrenheit. What we call physical matter is nothing more than energy that’s sort of attracting or repeling each other. Negative energy attracts Positive energy and sticks to it’s orbit, as Complementary opposites. Our senses are vibrational perceivers. Our bodies are energy translators. There’s no real colors out there. There’s just vibrational energy. If it’s vibrating a little faster or a little slower, our eyes can detect that change and the respective frequencies are drawn in our mind as different shades and hues of color. Color is how our bodies translate specific ranges of frequency. Energy can be picked up by scientific tools and mapped out onto computer screens, charts, diagrams, and so on. Our bodies do something similar. Our eyes and ears pickup the energies and our brain simply draws it on the screen of our minds. Our saliva digests the food through chemical reaction which lets us taste it. Taste is just the change in vibration through chemical reaction. Einstein is famous for the equation E = mc^2. In this physics equation, the total internal energy E of a body at rest is equal to the product of its rest mass m and a suitable conversion factor c^2 to transform from units of mass to units of energy. This concept is called mass–energy equivalence, where the mass of matter is a measure of its energy content.” To read more, click here.
“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” Albert Einstein

God’s creation is beautiful and therapeutic. To enjoy the oceans, mountains and even the animals is a gift from the Creator Himself. “For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature.” (Source). Audio and voice recording >>
To do you own relaxing with the calming ocean behind, just click on the video and also the separate audio link below it at the same time. The dialogue is below, but just close your eyes and enjoy:
Audio of dialogue:
To begin, find a comfortable position. Become aware of how your body feels. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, let your body begin to relax. Close your eyes if you’d like and imagine lying in the warm sun next to the ocean on your back and listening to the gentle waves.
Now imagine that you are breathing in relaxation. Breathe out through your mouth, forcefully blowing out the air…. imagine expelling tension.
Breathe in again…. and exhale as if you are blowing out a candle, blowing away tension…..
Breathe slowly and gently now….
Continue to take calm breaths as you focus on relaxing your body. Notice each part of your body relax as soon as you hear the word “relax.”
Focus on your feet… relax…
ankles…. relax…
lower legs…. relax…
knees… relax
upper legs…relax…
hips… relax…
pelvic area…. relax…
bottom… relax…
abdomen….. relax…
lower back…..relax…
middle back…..relax…
chest … relax…
stomach….. relax…
upper back….relax…
shoulders… relax….
upper arms….relax…
elbows….. relax…
lower arms…..relax…
wrists …relax…
hands….relax…
neck …relax…..
face…. relax
head…..relax…
Scan your body now for any remaining areas of tension. Focus your attention on these areas, relaxing them more and more.
Now that your body has started to become relaxed, with each breath in, say in your mind, “breathe.” With each breath out, mentally say, “relax.”
Allow these words to relax you fully…. each time you hear them, allow your body and mind to become even more relaxed and calm. Let these relaxing words fill your mind.
With each breath, repeat these words:
Breathe in, saying in your mind: breathe
Exhale, saying to yourself: relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Continue for a few moments longer…
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
Breathe
Relax
You are now relaxed….. and at peace…..You are loved by your Creator just as you are.
Remember this feeling of relaxation…. calm….. and quietness…. notice your breathing….slow…… pleasant…. peaceful……and filled with hope.
Keep with you this feeling of relaxation as you become more awake and alert to return to your day.
Let your body and mind reawaken…. move your arms and legs…. stretch your muscles….. take a deep breath in….. and exhale fully….. shrug your shoulders…. becoming more and more awake and alert…..
Now let your body and mind return to your usual level of alertness and wakefulness, feeling calm and filled with peace, remembering that you are loved today and every day.
