Natural First Aid Kit For Emergencies

Having a natural first aid kit for emergencies is a good idea today.  You never know when you may need it and the last thing you want to do is go rushing around looking for some of these things when you need them.  I put a list together of items that I have in my house just in case.  I always like natural alternatives when possible, so here goes my list of what I think is important to have in the home:

1. Dr. Willard’s Water for burns, wound healing, dermatology, natural fertilizer and much more.  See this video that was featured on 60 Minutes.  It is available directly or on Amazon. The pH of this water is 12.3.  Active Ingredients:  CAW Micelle Water 99.3%, Sodium Metasilicate 87.5%, Sulfated Castor Oil 11.5%, CAW Micelle 0.39, Refined Lignite 0.23%, Calcium Chloride 0.4%,Magnesium Sulfate 0.4%.  *Precaution should be taken as Willard’s Water is a catalyst.  Taking it along side medication or vitamins could change the body’s reaction.
2. 3. Activated Charcoal This can be used for food poisoning and is also an emergency decontaminant in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, which includes the stomach and intestines. Activated charcoal is considered to be the most effective single agent available. It is used after a person swallows or absorbs almost any toxic drug or chemical.  It is estimated to reduce absorption of poisonous substances nearly 60%.
4. Silver Sol for EBOLA, MRSA and Malaria – Nano Silver or Silver Sol is a new anti-microbial solution composed of 0.001% elemental silver (10 parts per million) and 99.999% pure water. It should not be confused with colloidal silver.  The makers of Silver Sol, American Biotech Labs say that from their research their product can remove the malaria parasite and the subject can be completely healed of this virus in 5 days!   The results of another study indicate that twice-daily treatment with silver sol gel (spray form) and twice-daily oral ingestion of liquid Silver Sol significantly improved treatments of hospital acquired MRSA infections in human subjects. Read more here.  Dr. Rima E.  Laibow has identified a 2009 Department of Defense study involving Nano Silver (10 ppm) entitled, “Nano Silver Inhibits Ebola Virus,”   which claims Nano Silver inhibits this terrible virus.  Nano Silver is also a great wound healing agent.
5. Aloe Vera  is said to be “one of the finest body cleansers, cleaning morbid matter from the stomach, liver, kidneys, spleen, bladder, and is considered the finest, known colon cleanser. Studies have shown that it is healing and soothing in the relief of indigestion, stomach distress, ulcers and even cancer. People claim relief from arthritis, bladder and kidney infections; leg cramps, constipation, hemorrhoids, insomnia, and for vaginitis.”
6. Natural Tick and Mosquito Repellent:  Use 10-25 drops of essential oil, distilled water, Catnip, Rose geranium, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass and Citronella.  See my recipe here.

8. Oil of Oregano is a very strong antimicrobial oil or antibiotic and good for so many things including: warts, viruses, abscesses, H1N1, fungus, toe nail fungus, salmonella,  yeast, staph, molds, E. coli, tonsillitis, food poisoning, croup, dermatitis, parasites, cold sores, canker sores, food poisoning (including pets but dosage different), urinary and bladder infection, spider bites, snake bites, viruses, liver cell damage, poison ivy, diabetes and more.

11. Eye cleanse – You can use Dr. Christopher’s Herbal Eyebright as an eye rinse.  It reduces the secretion of fluids, reduces pain and shrinks inflamed tissues.
12. Brewers Yeast for acute diarrhea and depression. Rich in B vitamins. See my post here.
13. Peppermint oil for headaches.
14. Yunnan Baiyao powder to stop internal and external bleeding.
15. Soothanol X2 – this product is a cream and is used for pain and contains: Wintergreen oil, DMSO, Extra virgin olive oil, Natural menthol crystals, (9-18% d-Limonene oil, Cayenne fruit, Calendula flower, Arnica flower, St. John’s Wort herb, Ginger root, MSM, Imu oil.
16. Garlic and Onions as antibiotics. Studies show both to have cancer-and diabetes-fighting properties, decreases blood vessel stiffness, reduces blood pressure, inhibits platelet clot formation, decreases the risk of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular diseases, and stroke. Onion juice is also good for ear aches.  Garlic can also remove heavy metals to the prevention of numerous ailments, such as the common cold, hardening of the arteries, and gangrene.
17. FOR SMALL CHILDREN – I trust Dr. Christopher’s all natural products for:  colic, constipation, pain, teething, immune building and more.
