- •1/2 tsp. Brewer's yeast
- •1/2 tsp. tumeric

- •Small handful of raspberries or other fruit choice
- •Small handful of spinach
- •Almonds cut very finely
- •Coconut milk
- •cinnamon to sprinkle on top.
